We want every homeowner who reaches out to Golfanger Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Golfanger Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
If you are worried about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Utah.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
